Ganda Investigations was founded by Josh Bowen in 2008. Ganda Investigations was founded with the mission of delivering the highest quality services with family values. The name Ganda was chosen as it represents the names of Josh's children (Gavin and Alyssa). With over 25 years of combined law enforcement and investigative experience, the team at Ganda Investigations strives to provide clients with the highest level of service possible. Our Arkansas investigators and process servers work with a range of clients, including solo attorneys, large law firms, businesses, individuals, and more.
While we specialized in general liability and workers compensation investigations for over five years, our law enforcement background allows us to assist in a variety of investigations and serve evasive individuals. Our team works throughout Northwestern Arkansas serving Washington, Benton, and Madison counties.

Private Investigations
- Confidential and thorough investigations to get you the answers you need.
- Our skilled Arkansas private investigators can assist in domestic, civil, and criminal matters. All surveillance is completed within state law, we report all evidence back in an organized fashion.
- Rates start at $125/hour with a 4-hour minimum (with retainer).
Process Service
- Delivery of legal documents such as subpoenas, summons, complaints, and more to notify parties of their involvement in a legal case.
- Easily upload your service documents and case information with our online order form.
- Routine service starts at $55. Rush service is $100 if service information is received before noon.
Skip Trace/Background Checks
- Location services and thorough background checks to uncover new information on a person of interest.
- We use modern databases and research to find information such as addresses, phone numbers, criminal records, debts, and much more.
- Fees start at $50 per search. Prices vary based on search criteria.
Concealed Handgun Training
- Training from an experienced professional to help you feel safe handling your weapon and knowledgable of rules regarding conceal carry policies.
- We offer training for new applicants and those renewing their license.
- Our pricing for new training is $100 per person and for renewal training is $25 per person.
